Rates
Please be sure to let us know if the costs become stressful for you or you have questions about the cost of psychological services. Even though we keep our costs low, for some of my patients the cost of therapy still seems daunting. The office will accept extended payment schedules for both self-pay and insurance patients.
Executive Coaching
Rates for Executive Coaching will vary depending upon location and travel. Please contact the office to discuss your organization's needs.
Cancellation Policy
Dr. Barbara always has clients on a waiting list in case of a cancellation. Therefore, the office has a 48 hour (2 business days) cancellation policy and requires that patients notify her at least 48 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Additionally, Dr. Barbara does not overbook. She reserves the time specifically for you. For established patients, if you do not give 48 hours notice, then the full fee may apply for the session. No shows/No call will be charged at the full fee on the first occurrence. Fees may be waived in the case of acute illness or emergency. In the event of illness or emergency, please give me as much notice as you can. Thank you for being sensitive to the needs of those on the waiting list.
